I will definitely be using America’s Pride Heating and Air again in the future! I called them for my very old wall furnace. As I was taking off the grate to clean it, the high limit switch wire came loose. Jose came out to reconnect the wire. He was very clean, efficient and went above and beyond to check the whole unit. All and all, it was very reasonable, honest & customer service forward. Great job!

I called because I wanted a second opinion on my furnace. The first company recommended a replacement. Theodore said the furnace is old but the repair needed isn’t a major repair and got it done. We will definitely call him in the future to for the replacements and his price was affordable.

First, they responded faster than any other AC company. Time matters in a heat wave. Unlike most of the other respondents, Theo offered a text chat, and told me the potential causes of my issue and the average cost. Scheduled an appt and today Theo (the owner) showed up for the service. He was right about the text inspection, the capacitor had gone out. He also transparently talked about services they offered without the hard sell. It’s never fun to have an out of pocket expense, and sometimes folks offer stuff you don’t need. Not Theo. The “no hard sell” sell for me is the difference. He replaced the capacitor, cleaned the AC unit, and did a compressor boost to make sure I’m good to go. While I hope to not have other issues, going forward, I know it will be with America’s Pride Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks, Theo!

TOP NOTCH!!! America’s Pride was recommended to me by my neighbor and I suggest this company also. Theo was my repair person and he demonstrated a vast knowledge of our complex AC unit. His pricing was fair and was not inflated because of where I live. I am sure I will be using America’s Pride for annual maintenance and repairs/replacements! He is young with an OG work ethic! I am sure his Parents are extremely Proud of him!
