They completed the job in the time frame that was provided (arrived early which I appreciate), with attention to detail and so much care for our home and belongings. After the installation, they discovered an issue with some existing wiring that had nothing to do with the work they had performed. Instead of ignoring it, they came back to my home and corrected the problem to ensure my new A/C system would not be damaged. That level of customer service and commitment is rare these days.
