The bottom line is: Would I hire them again? Yes, 100%. I am happy with the services and expertise. I recommend them. Before calling American Pried, I tried another AC company. Jose from American Pride is a hundred times better. He knows what he's doing and did a thorough job of it. This company is a great find.

Jose came out and was prompt, friendly, and professional. He talked through things clearly in way that was easy to understand, and, just like other techs from this company before him, he made recommendations without it feeling like an upsell pitch. This is one of the reasons I keep coming back to this company for service, because not only do they do fantastic work and are very personable, but they make sure to never make me feel like the quote they gave me was just a foot in the door. Best HVAC people around. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

My AC unit stopped working during the hottest day. Theo came to the house on time and was very respectful. He diagnosed the issue and fix it in a very short time. The price was reasonable for me also. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

José was fantastic- friendly, thorough, and attentive. Troubleshot for hours and made sure all was fixed.

My experience with this company was excellent. Jose was very knowledgeable and fixed my AC unit while explaining everything in detail. I called other places but Theodore responded quickly and helped set up an appointment the same day. I highly recommend their HVAC company and just referred a friend to get an AC unit installed.

Loved my experience!! Jose was amazing, thorough, and so fast to respond. I didn’t have to wait around all day for a technician to show up and communication was amazing! Thank you for valuing my time, I really appreciate that as a busy parent!
