Jose showed up the same day I requested service. He was clean, on time and professional. Showed me the parts of the AC as he worked on them and explained how each worked and how he was testing them. He identified the source of my problem, and didn’t try to upsell me- just offered me several options to do routine maintenance of my AC. One day in the summer without air is enough! Thanks Jose for saving the day and doing a great job!

Absolutely fantastic service! Jose and the owner, Theodore, arrived right on time and did an incredible job replacing our entire HVAC system. They safely removed the old unit and completed the new installation with flawless precision.It is rare to see an owner like Theodore working directly in the field, and his leadership paired with Jose’s expertise made the entire process smooth, professional, and highly efficient. I had another HVAC company come to fix my AC unit outside. They said my system was old and needed to replace everything. I thought that that was fishy so I informed them that my unit was only half the age that they claimed. They apologized and gave me a quote to fix instead. I decided to look for someone else. I called America's Price and Theodore came by, replaced my compressor and a few other parts, serviced, and cleaned my system for less than half of what the other guys were asking. Overall I was very very pleased. These guys will be my go-to for HVAC from now on.

Theodore and Jose came out to our daughter's house, and spent over 2 hours to diagnose the high level of humidity. We thought our A/C was the culprit.Turns out, it wasn't the A/C, but it was the insulation in the attic. They checked the refrigerant level and thermostat, and they even crawled in the attic in this heat. Remarkably, they did all the work without any charge. I even offered Theodore to send something to him, but he graciously turned it down by saying, "it was a good learning experience". I am so impressed with his integrity and honesty. Awesome Service. My AC was not blowing cold air so I called Theodore and he was able to come out on the same day. They diagnosed and fixed my AC in like 15 minutes. Shout out to the technician Jose for his professional service. They also fixed my heater six months ago which was my first time using them. They are professional and very informative. I highly recommend American Pride Heating and Air Conditioning.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Theo and Jose installed a 3 zone mini splits system in my condo, and they did an amazing job. They completed the job in the time frame that was provided (arrived early which I appreciate), with attention to detail and so much care for our home and belongings. I appreciate how clean they were throughout the process and how thorough their clean up was. Theo was super communicative from the start and gave us a very fair quote.
