HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Theo and Jose installed a 3 zone mini splits system in my condo, and they did an amazing job. They completed the job in the time frame that was provided (arrived early which I appreciate), with attention to detail and so much care for our home and belongings. They were always on time, worked incredibly hard, and their workmanship was meticulous. They replaced my A/C unit, but what really impressed me was that they took the time to investigate why my compressor had failed in the first place. No other HVAC company had ever done that for me, and it showed they genuinely care about doing the job right—not just replacing parts. Whenever I had questions, Theodore and Jose never made me feel rushed. They took the time to thoroughly explain every issue in a way I could understand, which gave me complete confidence in the work they were doing. They were kind, courteous, and treated my home with the utmost respect, both inside and out. Their professionalism and integrity were evident throughout the entire process. After the installation, they discovered an issue with some existing wiring that had nothing to do with the work they had performed. Instead of ignoring it, they came back to my home and corrected the problem to ensure my new A/C system would not be damaged. That level of customer service and commitment is rare these days. It’s hard to find a company that takes such pride in its work and genuinely cares about its customers.
